- If a ground level survey indicates a possible defect in the canopy that cannot be properly assessed then an aerial tree inspection may be necessary.
- Aerial tree inspections may also be required when checking for wildlife activity prior to work commencing
- One of our qualified climbing arborists may then enter the canopy, either via a rope and harness, or with the use of our MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platform)
- Aerial inspections are particularly common on high value trees, such as veterans, or trees with a high amenity value. It allows for accurate justification of any proposed works, with photos of otherwise inaccessible areas being collected and added to the tree survey.
